1. Lunch

It has been suggested the day should begin with a leisurely buffet-style lunch.

(If doing this, do we hire caterers, with OBs intending to attend paying £x in advance, or attempt to come to an arrangement whereby refreshments are for sale on the day?)​

​2. Address

After/before lunch there could/should be a brief "assembly" in Hall for introductions and announcing logistics/domestics.

(Strictly no "Onward Christian Soldiers"!)

​3. Name Tags

Attendees should be encouraged to make and wear name tags/badges, as time has had its effects on many of us!

(There will be NO House points awarded for creativity, wit or obscenity!)

4. Memorabilia

There should be separate tables in Hall or in the old dining hall for the purpose of showing memorabilia from different eras. On the same subject, it has been suggested each era could be allocated a separate classroom.

5. Former Staff

All attempts should be made to locate ex-masters who may be still in the locality.

(I think that's an important one, and I'll be trying to involve the media).
